I-69 Thumb Region Guide is an independent reference site about the seven-county I-69 Thumb Region of Michigan: Genesee, Huron, Lapeer, Sanilac, Shiawassee, St. Clair, and Tuscola counties.

The region's name has appeared in economic development and planning circles for years, but there has not always been one simple place that explains what the region is, how its transportation network works, and which public agencies serve it.
